A business describes its environment once. We qualify it, then invite three or four MSPs who genuinely fit the geography and the size to bid. A qualified invitation costs $300. You see the environment first. If you never open the invitation, you are not charged. Out-of-profile requests are credited back.

We will check that your coverage claim matches where your technicians actually are. “We cover the entire United States” from a nine-person shop is the single biggest source of bad invitations, and it is the claim we reject most often.
